You don’t need to be retired at Copeland Oaks – our community is open to all adults who are 55 years of age and older. In fact we encourage you to move to Copeland Oaks while you are still young and active so you can take advantage of all the activities and opportunities the community offers. You will also enjoy living among interesting people who bring a wonderful uniqueness to our community.

Copeland Oaks Campus
Featuring walking trails, gazebos, flower gardens, and a well-stocked fishing lake, our 250-acre campus in Sebring, Ohio provides a variety of housing options for adults age 55 and older with a wide range of needs. Located in the village of Sebring in northeastern Ohio, Copeland Oaks is geographically situated between the Canton, Akron and Cleveland market and the Youngstown and Pittsburgh metropolitan areas.
