You don’t need to be retired at Copeland Oaks – our community is open to all adults who are 55 years of age and older. In fact we encourage you to move to Copeland Oaks while you are still young and active so you can take advantage of all the activities and opportunities the community offers. You will also enjoy living among interesting people who bring a wonderful uniqueness to our community.

Featuring walking trails, gazebos, flower gardens, and a well-stocked fishing lake, our 250-acre campus in Sebring, Ohio provides a variety of housing options for adults age 55 and older with a wide range of needs.
