What makes Copeland Oaks the best place to retire?

It could be our campus amenities, which keep our residents busy with fun wellness classes, social activities, and off-campus excursions.

Maybe it’s our maintenance services, like home repairs, food preparation, trash pickup, and Cable TV, which let seniors relax and enjoy their retirement.

Maybe it’s our broad range of living options and care services, all available right on Copeland’s campus.
We think it’s the combination of all of these features that create such a stable, welcoming home for our residents at Copeland Oaks.

We Call It Our Continuum of Care

As a continuing care retirement community, Copeland Oaks provides retirement care to seniors with a range of needs.

Some live independently and receive minimal help with daily chores. Others receive full-time medical care and compassionate, skilled nursing. Others fall somewhere in the middle, receiving one meal a day and more involved assistance with day-to-day tasks.

Our Continuum of Care means we have a living option for all levels of care, all located right on campus. When you choose to call Copeland home, it is home for life.

Independent Living

We encourage that residents move to Copeland Oaks while they are still active and independent. This increases their chances of remaining self-reliant, happy, and in optimum health for as long as possible.

When your needs change, you don’t have to worry about moving to a new facility to receive additional care and support.

Stay close to loved ones and family members, whether you transition to catered living, assisted living, or our memory care wing. Even the Crandall Medical Center is located on campus for close and convenient respite or rehabilitative care.

If and when you need extra help, nursing assistance, therapy, or extended medical care is all right there for you at Copeland Oaks.

Close. Convenient. Caring.

Assisted Living

If day-to-day activities are becoming difficult to manage alone, it is likely time to consider a senior living community.

Family members of residents enjoy the peace of mind that comes with knowing their loved ones are safe and supported at Copeland Oaks. Every resident receives compassionate care catered to their individual needs.

Copeland’s Assisted Living Apartments feature private rooms where residents can feel at home. They have access to a variety of on-campus recreational, social, and spiritual activities.

Our Assisted Living Apartments are staffed with highly trained nurses who understand the unique, personal needs of every single resident. They assist residents with everything from medication management and transportation to bathing and dressing.

Assisted Living Apartment Features:

Assisted Living with Memory Care

We understand how difficult it can be when a loved one begins to show signs of memory loss. If your loved one is experiencing the early stages of Alzheimer’s Disease or dementia, you may be struggling to find the appropriate level of care.

Our Assisted Living with Memory Care living option is specially designed for seniors experiencing the early stages of memory loss. This specialized care helps residents maintain as much of their independence as possible while keeping them safe and secure.

Skilled Nursing Care

Our memory care nurses are Certified Dementia Care Practitioners. They get to know every resident, caring for them 24 hours a day. They create a familiar, routine-oriented, and structured environment to provide comfort and support for seniors beginning to suffer memory loss.

An Active Lifestyle

Memory Care residents enjoy monitored access to all of Copeland Oaks’ amenities and activities. Not only will your loved one be safe, but they will also be happy, strolling through beautiful walking paths or taking in our scenic lake view.

We encourage residents to maintain their full quality of life by participating in various recreational activities around campus. Residents enjoy activities like fishing, golfing, and art classes. Memory loss does not need to mean the end of life’s pleasures.
