  • 2 tomatoes (1 cup diced)
  • 1/2 cucumber (1 cup diced)
  • 1 red bell pepper (1 cup diced)

Dressing Ingredients
  • 2 tbsp. olive oil
  • 1/4 c. fresh parsley

Directions:
