  • 2 tomatoes (1 cup diced)
  • 1/2 cucumber (1 cup diced)
  • 1 red bell pepper (1 cup diced)
  • 1/2 red onion (1/2 cup chopped)
  • 1/2 cup feta cheese, diced
Dressing Ingredients
  • 2 tbsp. olive oil
  • 1/4 c. fresh parsley
  • 1 tsp. lemon juice
  • 1/2 tsp. oregano
  • 1/2 tsp honey
