Give this recipe a try from Copeland resident, Mary Louise Ford.

 

Ingredients:

  • 2 c. cooked chicken, cubed
  • 2 T. sweet pickle, chopped
  • 2 T. green olives, chopped
  • 2 hard-cooked eggs, chopped
  • 2 T. ripe olives, chopped
  • ¼ c. almonds, toasted
  • ¾ c. celery, chopped
  • ¾ c. Miracle Whip

Directions:

1. Combine; toss lightly.

2. Serve on lettuce or as desired. Serves 4-6
