This is because we provide private accommodations for our residents who need assistance with daily tasks including bathing, dressing & toileting, access to 24/7 skilled nursing services, medication administration, and more.
In addition to these assisted living services, our staff also provides weekly housekeeping, prepares three meals daily in accordance with any food restrictions or special diets, provides personal laundry services, and maintenance – without any additional or hidden costs.
With daily rates ranging from $109 to $159 for the first person, the cost is about $3,270 to $4,770 per month at Copeland Oaks, which is consistent with the average cost of assisted living facilities in Ohio. Our costs also give Copeland Oaks assisted living residents access to our all-inclusive services. Apartments range in size from 300 to 900 square feet and include all utilities in the daily rate. Our studio and 2-room assisted living apartments feature separate sitting and bedroom areas, kitchenette access, cable television, and the reassurance of STNAs and nurses’ assistance on site.
At Copeland Oaks, couples can stay living together in the privacy of their own home, while receiving the personal assistance they need. Assisted Living Apartments for couples include mixed monthly rates so residents can pay only for what’s necessary. Independent residents do not have to pay for unneeded assisted living services as part of their daily rate.
Our All-inclusive Pricing
To serve the full range of our residents’ health and wellness needs, our campus also features an onsite wellness center, aquatic center, exercise classes, recreational programs and 24-hour health clinic. Our campus is also home to scenic walking trails, fishing lake, woodworking shop, chapel, art studio and more to keep our residents active and well-connected! Our assisted living residents have access to fun and therapeutic activities 7 days per week and enjoy organized planned outings at no cost.
Rates don’t include medicines, therapies, services or items covered by the resident’s insurance, personal items, etc. Rates also do not include any trips to the beauty/barber shop or long distance calls. Otherwise, Copeland Oaks’ assisted living pricing is all-inclusive!

Paying for Assisted Living
Copeland Oaks is happy to accept programs that help veterans with assisted living and will accept Medicaid after a resident has exhausted their assets. We also provide benevolent assistance to help those who have outlived their assets. Administered by The Copeland Oaks Foundation, Copeland Life Care™ is made possible through generous contributions and enables all residents to maintain their Copeland Oaks lifestyle and continue receiving quality care.
