Copeland Residents Receive Awards for Art

In June several residents received awards for their artwork they submitted to the 2018 East and Mideast Ohio District 5 Regional Art Show. Meet Jodi Benedetti

LPN at Crandall Medical Center

Congratulations to our July OAKS Award winner, Jodi. Our monthly OAKS Award recognizes “Outstanding Acts of Kindly Service.”

Jodi, an LPN at Crandall Medical Center, has been here for 13 years. Like many of our employees, Jodi wears many hats. She does various jobs such as, passing meds, admissions, assisting with offices such as MDS and Nurse Coordinator. It is her flexibility and willingness to take on new challenges that make her such an asset to the Crandall team.

Jodi was nominated for this award by her peers because of her hard work and dedication to her job and our residents. One coworker said, “She has really stepped up since another coworker was off. She was thrown into a job with no training and did an amazing job!”

Jodi loves her job and describes Crandall as being a great place to work.

“It is a very rewarding feeling knowing I’ve helped make a difference in our residents’ quality of life. I work with many great people who believe residents come first, and work great as a team towards a common goal, great resident care.”

Thank you, Jodi, for all of your years of dedication and compassion to your job and our residents.
