Couple Suites & Mixed Pricing
Do you and your spouse have different needs? Our couple’s apartments include mixed monthly rates depending on each resident’s individual needs for personal assistance. If your spouse is in need to Assisted Living care but you don’t require extra day-to-day services and support, you can still live together in our apartments and only pay for what you need, like monthly rental for the independent spouse.
Also available at Crandall Medical Center, our Rehabilitation Team includes healthcare professionals like Physical Therapists, Occupational Therapists, and Speech Therapists to help restore individuals to optimum health and well-being. By reshaping lost abilities that help patients regain strength, mobility, and function, our team can help individuals regain skills and restore a slice of their normal day-to-day through short and long-term results-driven treatment plans. Our healthcare professionals also work to find the best treatment plan for chronic and acute pain caused by injury and other conditions. From helping our residents gain added strength that assists them in their normal daily activities, to working with them to regain lost speech, reading, swallowing abilities and more, our rehabilitation aims to enhance the quality of life.

From studio options to spacious 2-room suites, our Assisted Living residents receive daily help from STNAs and nurses and skilled nursing care is available right on campus if health needs change.
In a tranquil neighborhood setting, our two- and three- bedroom Villa Homes are attractive and feature attached garages, landscaped backyards and more, perfect for couples or individuals who want more space and privacy. Varying in size from 900 to 1,800 square feet, the villa community is a neighborhood of ranch homes featuring attached garages, full basements, patios and more.
From one- and two-bedroom apartments and lovely ranch style homes, to 300 to 900-foot Assisted Living apartments, there are private options for every need on our beautiful campus. Take a campus tour and see the beautiful views and landscaped yards that you could call home!

Our director of wellness helps residents regain or maintain a healthy lifestyle and get more out of life on our campus. What hobbies or activities do you love most? There are more than 75 resident-led activities on our campus that appeal to nearly every interest. To support wellness and health for our residents we know the importance of providing easy access to recreational, social, spiritual activities and more that helps them stay active and social. Enjoy woodworking in our shop, attending art and wellness classes, hitting the putting green, and even our popular Copeland Chorale. Residents enjoy free lifetime membership and golf at the nearby Sebring Country Club!
We also schedule special events and travel opportunities that allow our residents to gain new sites and experiences. At the nearby University of Mount Union, residents enjoy sporting events, concerts, theater and more. Residents can also attend any Mount Union class for free! For worship and spiritual fellowship, services are held in our chapel, and residents may choose to attend one of the many churches in the local area.
Crandall Medical, on the campus of Copeland Oaks Retirement Community, features a 24-bed secured unit called Memory Lane that gives individuals with Alzheimer’s and dementia the specialized care they need. With health professionals like RN staff, Physicians or RN Nurse Practitioners available 24/7, certified dementia practitioners (CDPs) and more onsite, Memory Lane gives individuals with memory impairment and their loves one’s peace of mind knowing they are well taken care of. With fun structured programs like exercise classes and off-site excursions and events, Memory Lane residents also get to enjoy time in social environments. Crandall Medical has been awarded 5 stars for excellence in patient care and staffing by the U. S. Government Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services.
Have peace of mind knowing you or your loved one will be well taken care of on our campus. Round-the-clock nursing is available and all personal care is provided by experienced STNAs. Our onsite 24-hour medical center also provides short-term rehabilitation and therapy, long-term residential care, memory care, palliative and hospice care. LPNs manage medications and monitor each resident for change in status.
