We have living options for every stage of retirement, from indepent living one-story villa and apartments to assisted living apartments and full-time skilled nursing.

The Copeland Oaks campus includes living solutions for both couples and individuals. Villa Homes range from $2,660 to $4,493 per month while Lakeshore Apartments are $2,409 to $2,966 per month. Beeghly Catered Living Apartments are priced from $1,950 to $4,391 per month. We also offer Assisted Living Apartments for $134 to $181 daily for the first person. Memory Care Assisted Living Apartments range from $182 to $226 daily for the first person.

  • Amount You Need: Assumes a percentage of annual income life style of your choosing, beginning at age 67, plus full Social Security benefits of $2,901.96 per month until you reach age 87.
