A healthy dish for your Labor Day cookout!
Ingredients:
- 2 tbsp. apple cider vinegar
- 1 tbsp. honey
- 3 tbsp. extra-virgin olive oil
- 1 tsp. whole celery seed
- ½ tsp. kosher salt
- ½ tsp. freshly ground black pepper
- 2 large carrots, julienne
- 2 cups green cabbage, shredded
- 2 cups purple cabbage, shredded
Directions:
- Combine apple cider vinegar and honey in a large mixing bowl.
- While continuously whisking, slowly pour olive oil to emulsify the dressing.
- Sprinkle in celery seed, salt, and freshly ground black pepper. Stir to combine.
- Add the carrots, green cabbage, and purple cabbage.
- Toss the mixture with the dressing.
- Transfer to a serving dish and enjoy!
