A healthy dish for your Labor Day cookout!

Ingredients: 

  • 2 tbsp. apple cider vinegar
  • 1 tbsp. honey
  • 3 tbsp. extra-virgin olive oil
  • 1 tsp. whole celery seed
  • ½ tsp. kosher salt
  • ½ tsp. freshly ground black pepper
  • 2 large carrots, julienne
  • 2 cups green cabbage, shredded
  • 2 cups purple cabbage, shredded

Directions:

  1. Combine apple cider vinegar and honey in a large mixing bowl.
  2. While continuously whisking, slowly pour olive oil to emulsify the dressing.
  3. Sprinkle in celery seed, salt, and freshly ground black pepper. Stir to combine.
  4. Add the carrots, green cabbage, and purple cabbage.
  5. Toss the mixture with the dressing.
  6. Transfer to a serving dish and enjoy!
