“For your upcoming Memorial Day picnic!”
Serves 6

Ingredients:
1 lb. spaghetti
1 (16 oz.) can stewed tomatoes, low salt
1 pkg. dry Italian salad dressing mix
½ bottle salad supreme (or to taste)
1 cucumber (cut in cubes)
1 red onion (chopped, large)
1 (6 oz.) bottle low-fat Italian salad dressing

Directions:

  • Cook, drain, and cool spaghetti noodles
  • Add all other ingredients and mix well
  • Let set in refrigerator for several hours before serving
