Ruth says, “This pie is really simple and easy – no baking is required if you use ready-made crusts!”

Makes: 2 pies

 

Ingredients:

  • 1 can Eagle Brand Milk
  • ½ cup real lemon juice
  • 1 small can crushed pineapple (drained)
  • 1 cup chopped nuts
  • 1 container of Cool Whip
  • 2 Ready-made Graham Cracker Crusts

Directions:

  1. Mix milk and lemon juice.
  2. Add in pineapple and nuts.
  3. Fold mixture into Cool Whip.
  4. Pour this mixture into two graham cracker crusts and then refrigerate.
