Ruth says, “This pie is really simple and easy – no baking is required if you use ready-made crusts!”
Makes: 2 pies
Ingredients:
- 1 can Eagle Brand Milk
- ½ cup real lemon juice
- 1 small can crushed pineapple (drained)
- 1 cup chopped nuts
- 1 container of Cool Whip
- 2 Ready-made Graham Cracker Crusts
Directions:
- Mix milk and lemon juice.
- Add in pineapple and nuts.
- Fold mixture into Cool Whip.
- Pour this mixture into two graham cracker crusts and then refrigerate.
