Copeland Oaks invites you to campus for our Community Cardiac Awareness event on Thursday, February 22, 2018. Get the tools to maintain a healthy lifestyle and a healthy heart! Attendees will listen to guest speaker, David Glasgo, BSN, RN, and Chest Pain Coordinator for Mercy Heart Center. Glasgo will discuss tips for:
- Creating a healthy lifestyle
- Maintaining a proper, heart-healthy diet
- Signs and symptoms of heart disease
- The importance of seeking treatment quickly
