Take Route 45 South.  Just north of Salem, follow the signs for Route 62 West -Alliance.  Once you’re heading towards Alliance, you’ll go through Damascus, then THROUGH a traffic light at Route 165, you’ll pass 12^th Street on the right, and then you’ll turn right at the next road which is 15^th Street.  There will be signs just before 15^th street that say:  SEBRING → 1  and Fifteenth Street → 1. Copeland Oaks is at the top of the hill on the left.
