FROM STEUBENVILLE AND EAST LIVERPOOL

Take Route 11 North to the Lisbon/Rogers exit.  At the end of the ramp, turn right onto Route 154 west towards Route 30 west.  Once at the Courthouse square in Lisbon, turn right on Route 517, go up the hill, and follow the signs for Route Route 45 North.  Follow 45 North.  Once approaching Salem, the Route 45 by-pass requires a left hand turn.  Once on the Route 45 by-pass, you’ll come to the Route 62 intersection.  Turn left on Route 62 - Alliance. Once you’re heading towards Alliance, you’ll go through Damascus, then THROUGH a traffic light at Route 165, you’ll pass 12^th Street on the right, and then you’ll turn right at the next road which is 15^th Street.  There will be signs just before 15^th street that say:  SEBRING → 1  and Fifteenth Street →.  Copeland Oaks is at the top of the hill on the left
