With 139 Villas, no two homes are exactly alike since each has been custom designed. Most have a brick exterior and feature two or three bedrooms, an attached garage, heated basement, and a beautiful, landscaped yard. Some offer a sunroom so you can enjoy the surrounding natural beauty. And all villas come with major appliances, walk-in shower or tub, satellite cable television, and a security call system.
You’ll enjoy carefree living because we take care of the exterior and interior maintenance, lawn, trash removal, snow removal, utilities and property taxes. All community amenities, including the aquatics and fitness center, are close by. Plus, villa residents receive priority access to catered living apartments, assisted living apartments, and our on-site Crandall Medical Center, recognized for excellent skilled nursing in Ohio, if the need arises for additional care.

Prices vary based on the floor plan you select, number of occupants and whether you choose the advance payment option when you move to Copeland Oaks. The monthly fee for living in a Villa begins at $1,491 per month with an advance payment or $2,171 without the advance payment option.
