Situated along the shore of Copeland Lake, the beautiful body of water that makes Copeland Oaks one of the most attractive senior living communities in the area, our Lakeshore apartments provide a scenic setting and feature one and two-bedroom floor plans. You’ll enjoy the convenience of an attached parking deck and an enclosed walkway to the aquatics and fitness center. Each apartment features major appliances, washer/dryer, walk-in shower or tub, satellite cable television, security call system, and storage locker.

Each apartment features a fully-equipped kitchen with all major appliances, washer/dryer, walk-in shower or tub, cable television, local telephone service, security call system, and storage locker. You’ll enjoy carefree living because we take care of apartment maintenance, trash removal, snow removal, as well as pay the utilities and property taxes.

All community amenities and services are included and there’s even an attached, heated walkway to the pool. Transportation services make it hassle-free to get to appointments, events and shopping. Plus, Lakeshore apartment residents receive priority access to catered living apartments, assisted living apartments, and our on-site Crandall Medical Center, recognized for excellent skilled nursing in Ohio, if the need arises for additional care.

Prices vary based on the floor plan you select, number of occupants and whether you choose the advance payment option when you move to Copeland Oaks. The monthly fee for living in the Lakeshore Apartments begins at $1,337 with an advance payment or $2,007 without the advance payment option.
