Beeghly Apartments Housing Option

Our studio, one- and two-bedroom apartments provide direct indoor access to common areas, including dining venues, chapel, health clinic, library, bank, and beauty/barber shop. Our retirement community in Ohio also includes one complimentary meal a day, and weekly housekeeping and linen services are provided. Many of our senior apartments in Ohio come with kitchens or kitchenettes, and there is convenient access to laundry facilities. Also included are a walk-in shower or tub, satellite cable television, security call system, and storage locker. Garages are available for rent.

Our studio, one- and two-bedroom floor plans provide direct indoor access to the Copeland Oaks common areas, including our dining venues, chapel, health clinic, wellness center, library, bank, transportation services, laundry facilities, and beauty/barber shop. These conveniences put Copeland Oaks a step above other senior living communities in the Midwest.

You can choose a comfortable apartment with a fully equipped kitchen or kitchenette, based on your preferences. All floor plans include a walk-in shower or tub, cable television, local phone service, security call system, and storage locker. Some apartments also provide space for a washer and dryer. In addition, you will have priority access to assisted living apartments and our on-site Crandall Medical Center if the need arises for additional assistance and care.

  • The Dogwood – studio with refrigerator, microwave and bath
  • The Hawthorn – studio with kitchenette and bath
  • The Sassafras – large studio with kitchenette and bath
  • The Poplar – standard-sized apartment with living room, bedroom, kitchenette and bath
  • The Elm – large apartment with living room, bedroom, kitchenette and bath
  • The Hickory – apartment with living room, bedroom, full kitchen and bath
  • The Walnut – apartment with living room, two bedrooms, kitchenette and two baths
  • The Chestnut – apartment with living room, two bedrooms, full kitchen and two baths

Prices vary based on the floor plan you select, number of occupants, and whether you choose the advance payment option when you move to our retirement community in Ohio Copeland Oaks. The monthly fee for catered living in the Beeghly Apartments begins at $1,272 with an advance payment or $1,618 without the advance payment option.
