FROM BEAVER, PA

Take PA Route 51 west towards Ohio.  Once you enter Ohio, Route 51 automatically turns into Ohio Route 14. Follow Route 14 west through downtown Salem.  Once through Downtown, keep going straight.  The road automatically turns into Route 62.  DO NOT veer off to the right on Route 14. Once you’re heading towards Alliance, you’ll go through Damascus, then THROUGH a traffic light at Route 165, you’ll pass 12^th Street on the right, and then you’ll turn right at the next road which is 15^th Street.  There will be signs just before 15^th street that say:  SEBRING → 1 and Fifteenth Street →.  Copeland Oaks is at the top of the hill on the left.
