Position: Chief Financial Officer

What are your duties / what are you responsible for: A graduate of Youngstown State University, Mr. Mannion has been an employee of Copeland Oaks since 1995. Mr. Mannion oversees financial compliance and the safeguarding of company property and assets. Before joining the team at Copeland Oaks, Mr. Mannion was a Finance Officer at Glenmoore Country Club and Marriot Corporation. Mr. Mannion has been in the financial industry since his graduation in 1985.

Why do you work at Copeland: Because I love it. I’m no different than the other people who work here. I think it’s the greatest finance job in Ohio and it is very rewarding to serve the purpose and mission of Copeland Oaks.

What motivates you at your job: Living up to the expectations of all those that depend on me. This includes the residents, employees and the whole community. I love being somebody they can depend on.
