Bob Cameron

Position: Administrator at Copeland Oaks for Crandall Medical Center, Copeland Oaks Assisted Living, and the Copeland Oaks Health Clinic

What are your duties / what are you responsible for: A graduate of Milligan College and Malone University (MBA), Cameron has been at Copeland Oaks since 2007. He is responsible for the operations of Crandall Medical Center, and any licensed area of Copeland Oaks. This includes the quality care, customer service, adhering to rules and regulations set forth by the state and federal government and budget compliance. Before joining the team at Copeland Oaks, Cameron was the Administrator for Skilled and Acute Rehab at Barberton Hospital and has been in this industry since he graduated from Milligan College and returned from the Persian Gulf War in 1991.

Why do you work at Copeland: We look at the entire person and try to help them. We consider the physical, social and spiritual qualities of the person. You can’t get that kind of service anywhere.

What is your favorite aspect of your job: There are wonderful people here. Personally getting to know staff and residents has been great.

What sets Copeland Oaks apart from other Retirement Communities: The staff and residents demonstrate caring, compassionate Christian values in a professional way. The residents are also so active.
