What is Copeland Oaks?
Copeland Oaks is an all-inclusive active adult community with on-site health services for those aged 55 and over. You choose to live in a comfortable apartment or villa and enjoy a carefree lifestyle that comes with senior living communities including an extensive array of community amenities and services at your fingertips. In addition to our aquatics and fitness center, Copeland Oaks has a 24-hour Health Clinic on site, as well as the Crandall Medical Center where you have access to skilled nursing care, therapy services and diagnostic screenings.
Where is Copeland Oaks located?
Our 250-acre community is located in Northeast Ohio near the town of Sebring and centrally-located to the Akron-Canton, Cleveland, Youngstown-Warren, and Pittsburgh metro areas.
What Type of Residential Housing do you Offer?
Copeland Oaks offers an array of charming villa homes, spacious apartments and private assisted living residences. There are a variety of floor plans from which to choose to accommodate your preferences and taste. Plus, all of our residential offerings feature maintenance-free living, a host of services, and access to the abundant amenities and activities in our inviting community.
Can I Decorate My Residence Anyway I Want?
Yes. Your home should reflect your personal style and be a place where you love to spend time. We encourage you to decorate your apartment or villa any way you desire.
What are the Age Requirements for Moving to Copeland Oaks?
Copeland Oaks is open to independently minded adults who are 55 years of age and older.
Are There Overnight Accommodations if I Have Out-of-Town Visitors?
Yes. If you need extra room for family and friends who are staying overnight, we have comfortable guest rooms that can be reserved.
Can I Bring My Pet to Copeland Oaks?
Absolutely! Copeland Oaks is a pet friendly community. We feel, not only do pets promote health and happiness among seniors, but they are also a part of the family. Copeland Oaks allows residents to have up to two pets per household in any type of independent living villa or apartment, as well as assisted living apartments. Residents with pets are asked to adhere to our community pet policy.
Can I Keep Seeing My Own Doctor When I Move to Copeland Oaks?
Yes. You have the choice of using your own physician or one of the visiting doctors in our on-site Health Clinic, which is open 24 hours a day, seven days a week.
How Much Does Copeland Oaks Cost?
Residents at Copeland Oaks enjoy lifetime residency that includes a comfortable apartment or villa, our comprehensive amenities and services, and access to our 24-hour Health Clinic and the Crandall Medical Center.
There’s no entrance fee to live at Copeland Oaks. You simply pay a monthly fee to live in your residence and take advantage of all the community’s offerings. Monthly fees vary depending on the type of residence you choose, number of occupants, and whether you opt to make an advance payment. What is Copeland Care?
Copeland Care is a benevolent assistance program for residents who face financial challenges while living at Copeland Oaks. Since our doors opened more than 40 years ago, no resident has ever been asked to leave our retirement community for financial reasons. This pledge is possible through generous donations to the Copeland Care fund, which is administered by The Oaks Foundation.
Is there a Waiting List to Move In?
Some floor plans have a waiting list. We suggest you plan ahead and join the priority list, even if you’re not ready to move right away.
